Hannah Boos MA, LPC, CPTT, NCC
You work hard to hold everything together for everyone else, yet internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities. I work with women in their 20s–40s navigating anxiety, postpartum and perinatal challenges, relationship and betrayal trauma, family-of-origin wounds, faith transitions, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, and identity loss. Many of my clients are high functioning and insightful, but emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs.
I use a trauma-informed, interpersonal, psychodynamic approach and am trained in EMDR therapy to support women with anxiety, family-of-origin and relationship wounds, betrayal, postpartum concerns, life transitions, faith struggles, and low self-esteem. Together we build coping skills, self-trust, boundaries, and reconnect with identity beyond roles.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel emotionally safe, understood, and empowered to create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
