Neha Kurpad, MS, NCC **

Healing begins when we feel genuinely seen and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can explore the challenges, strengths, and experiences that have shaped your story — at your own pace, and as your true self.

My approach is grounded in Existential and Adlerian theories, drawing on themes of meaning, purpose, values, and personal responsibility, along with the importance of connection and belonging. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples across a range of concerns, meeting each client with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, and tailoring our work together to your unique experiences and goals.

As a South Asian American counselor, I deeply value the role that culture, identity, and lived experience play in shaping mental health, and I'm committed to creating an affirming space where you feel empowered to show up fully. When it fits your goals, I also like to draw on mindfulness and creative or expressive techniques to help build self-awareness and resilience. Together, we'll work toward insight, practical tools, and a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. Whether you're navigating a hard season, feeling stuck, or simply seeking growth, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
