Rebecca Frantz **

Hi, I’m Rebecca—I’m really glad you’re here.

You might look like you have things together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming. Maybe you find yourself overthinking everything, struggling in relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you want to be. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way.

I work with young adults and adults who want to feel more grounded, connected, and authentic in their lives and relationships. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but feel disconnected from their emotions or unsure how to move forward. Together, we explore the patterns shaping your internal world—especially around identity, relationships, and emotional experience.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate attachment-based, trauma-informed, and relational approaches, with a strong focus on helping you move beyond overthinking and reconnect with your emotions, body, and sense of self. I also value understanding how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape who you are, and bring that perspective into our work together.

In therapy, you can expect a space that is compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental—where we explore what’s beneath the surface while building self-trust, emotional awareness, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma-Informed Care from Richmont Graduate University.
